Description
Scott's Edge is a multi family special use project in Scott’s Addition that utilized historic tax credits to adaptively reuse four warehouse structures into 94 apartments around a central courtyard and pool. Sustainable operations are a key feature of the project.
At completion of construction, Scott's Edge had the the 4th largest solar array in the state. Further efficiencies offered were a tankless on-demand central water heating system, and only four HVAC units that serve the entire complex.
