Project Details
The Summit is a 202,000sf, 8-story mixed-use complex prominently sited on Broad Street in Scott’s Addition. The building is primarily clad in Nichiha, a cementitious panel clipped to the building as a rain screen. The design inspiration came from the subtle Art Deco touches on the industrial buildings within the core of Scott’s Addition.
The lower levels include a parking structure and commercial spaces along the street. Over this podium a C-shaped building encompasses a central courtyard that includes a swimming pool and a terrace. The courtyard is screened from the street by the apartment amenity areas. There are 166 market rate apartment units, 135 parking spaces and 8,173 sf of commercial space within the complex.
